Warranty Builds Customer's Confidence And Trust

With fifteen years of experience in manufacturing and exporting business, we have built up a complete quality warranty policy for refrigerator products. Our customers always have confidence and trust in us. We’ve always been insisting on offering refrigeration products with quality assurance and after-sales service.

The validity of warranty will become effective once the production of relative order has been completed, the validity period will be one year for the refrigeration units, and three years for the compressors. To ensure that the parts can be replaced in time in case of incident and breakdown, we will provide 1% of free spare parts for each shipment.

Step One

If there is any defect or quality issue that is not caused by the buyer or any artifical reason during the valid period of warranty, the buyer would provide our customer service person with the some relative information, which includes order number, live photos and despcriptions about defects and damages.

Step Two

We will follow up on the case in time once the evidences provided by the buyers are detailed enough. Some technical analysis & survey will be done, and we will offer some free spare parts for buyer to replace the parts with quality defect if the the defective products are less than 5 units. The freight cost would be charged by the buyer.

If the units doesn’t work and perform properly due to that our critical components are wrongly matched, or the case or part distorting occurs due to our incorrect operation during processing, we shall replace the defective units with new ones if the defective ones is more than 5 units or 5%. The spare parts for replacement and compensation would be delivered on our cost to the buyer (or 5% of the order value will be reduced from the next order).

We shall not be liable for any damage caused in transportation.
