How to Judge the Quality of Commercial Freezers?

Commercial freezers can deep-freeze items at temperatures ranging from -18 to -22 degrees Celsius and are mostly used for storing medical, chemical and other items. This also requires that all aspects of the freezer’s craftsmanship meet the standards. To maintain a stable freezing effect, the power supply, evaporator and other components besides the compressor should all comply with the standards.

There are four key points to focus on when judging the quality of commercial freezers:

1、Choose branded compressors. Common brands include Bitzer, SECOP, Ingersoll Rand, EMERSON, Embraco, Sullair, etc. Generally, they all have special anti-counterfeiting codes, so that genuine compressors can be selected.

2、The quality of the freezer’s outer shell. Whether the processing technology of the outer shell is meticulous and exquisite, observe whether it is sturdy when pressed, whether it is corrosion-resistant inside, etc. The overall texture should be high-end. If it is a customized freezer, a pressure test should also be conducted. For example, if there are unqualified problems such as being prone to scratches or having bumps, it is not up to standard.

3、Product qualification certificates. Imported commercial freezers will all have product qualification certificates and other user manuals. Focus on checking whether they are genuine and free of false or incorrect information to prevent some suppliers from fabricating false product descriptions. Such products are not up to standard.

4、If importing a large quantity of freezers, you can ask the suppliers to provide various product quality inspection reports to verify the product quality. You can also ask the suppliers for samples and carefully test whether the quality, power and other aspects meet the standards.

Many merchants do not carefully verify the product quality when purchasing freezers, which will bring great risks. Most of these risks can only be borne by the buyers. Therefore, it is better not to buy than to fail to conduct quality inspections properly.
