How to analyze the quality of supermarket refrigeration cabinets?

Supermarket refrigeration cabinets are used in food refrigeration, frozen storage, and other fields. A supermarket has at least three or more cabinets, most of which are double doors, sliding doors, and other types. The quality meets international safety standards. According to market surveys, a refrigeration cabinet has a minimum lifespan of 10 years, and the frequency of failure is low.

The purchase of vertical cabinets in shopping malls needs to meet quality requirements. For ordinary users, the service life should be long. From a professional perspective, parameters such as compressor power consumption, material density, and aging testing need to be qualified.

A simple analysis of power consumption shows that different brands and different types of vertical compressors consume different power. Of course, power consumption is directly proportional to efficiency. In layman’s terms, the more power consumption, the better the cooling effect, and vice versa. Judging from the quality, if the power consumption is high and the cooling efficiency is low, it is not up to standard, which can be based on multiple test data.

Material density is also the quality index of the cabinet. From the perspective of the fuselage panel, most of them are made of stainless steel. We all know that stainless steel is composed of chromium, nickel, nickel, manganese, silicon and other elements. Different elements have a great impact. For example, if the nickel content is not up to standard, the toughness, ductility and corrosion resistance of stainless steel will decrease. If the chromium content is not up to standard, the oxidation resistance will decrease, causing rust and other problems.

The next step is the aging test. A cabinet is produced according to a predetermined plan, and an aging test is required. If the test fails, it will not meet the standard and will not enter the market. The testing process is also an important indicator of quality inspection. (1) Detect the lifespan of high-power compressors

(2) Test the number of times the vertical cabinet opens and closes the door

(3) Testing corrosion resistance in different environments

(4) Check whether the cooling temperature efficiency and performance are stable

In actual factories, different cabinet aging tests have different standards, and some with more functions need to be tested one by one, such as rapid cooling, sterilization, and other functions.
